DoubleTree by Hilton Deerfield Beach Boca Raton

We’re staying here for thanksgiving get away. Me, my wife and other couple we're with are very pleased and happy with service we’re getting. The thanksgiving dinner was great . And the breakfast next morning was awesome. Our server Nia and chef Mo is the greatest. We never had to wait or look for our server, she always kept our coffee cups full and anything we needed she always took care of quick. Overall, very pleased with our stay here and serving. I would definitely consider to come visit again. Thank you!

I had a great stay at the Doubletree. I was promptly greeted when I arrived and checked into my room with no delay. As always I got my Doubletree cookie which is always good. The room was away from the elevator as I requested. Everything was well organized and clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job each day. I didn't try the restaurant so I can't comment on it's food quality. Overall, I would stay here again.

By and large a nice hotel in this class BUT... the fact that they shower base was covered by ground in dirt ( dirt penetrates the acrylic when not properly cleaned over a long time). The shower base was mostly black. Everything else was fine but this really is unacceptable.

No microwave in the room.. the iron was broken, we asked for another one...that one was broken as well. They never did get us an iron which was ridiculous for the $ spent on the room. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff is phenomenal. We were there for 4 nights. I asked for what I needed (towels, trash bag) and was met with a smile each time. Whoever was working floor 7 on March 2... she needs a raise. Very kind and pleasant. Aside from the iron issue, the stay was decent.

We chose this hotel to stay at during our wedding weekend. Even though the entire hotel was full and everyone is busy taking care of other guests, Ja’Kwan personally took it upon himself to go above and beyond to take care of my fiance and I more than we could have ever asked for during our wedding weekend. We could not be happier with our stay here and the experience Ja’Kwan and the rest of the staff is giving us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special stay, especially if Ja’Kwan is the one that will be taking care of you!

Safe and nice. Big room with lots of counter space, the bed was fine and it has two extra seats and spaces for working on the laptop. Cold ac and comfortable sized bathroom. A little bit of sound coming from the hallway. Water pressure was serviceable, the pillows were a bit floppy, but easy to get to from 95, just ran into traffic on the last few exits leading up coming from the north.

We were checked in by Ja'kwan J. He was already a gem, And then I really got to see his hospitality skills at work. I came down to the lobby do some business while my family took a nap. That's when I saw his true personality. He was explaining to someone That their room was available. But they wanted an upgrade or a change. Therefore, For that upgrade or change they had to wait. But the room that they booked was currently available. They didn't Like that answer. The customer yelled and yelled just to get something for free. The young man that was dealing with them was amazing and never raised his voice. They could not understand what he was telling them. And it was very simple. Even though he was getting yelled at, he kept his composure. He stayed respectful, even though I wouldn't have. I almost called the cops for him. I should have. Keep in mind this was not the only situation that he dealt with, where the customer was wrong and/or trying to get something for free. God Bless this beautiful human and good luck to him as he finishes school. Thank you J.J. , you literally made my evening, and you deserve all the best as well as a raise. And I hope you get 100 on that test, baby!!

I recently stayed at the Hilton on Deerfield Road in Boca Raton and overall had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location is excellent—close to the beaches, shopping, and everything you could want in the area. My biggest disappointment was the lack of any modern streaming options. There’s no ability to log into Netflix or YouTube, no on-demand choices, and no way to connect your own device to the TV. In 2026, it feels like Hilton should be able to offer at least basic casting or account login options so guests can watch their own content. Additionally, the lobby bathrooms could use more attention, especially early in the morning. Around 5–6 AM, I noticed they weren’t very clean, and a few items—like soap and paper towel dispensers—were either broken or had dead batteries. The staff was professional and pleasant, though more formal than warm, but overall helpful. Despite the drawbacks, I would stay here again. Clean rooms, great location, and a solid experience overall—just hoping Hilton upgrades the TVs and tightens up some of the small maintenance details.
